A significant portion of our residential work involves drilling, pilling and retaining projects on properties with restricted access or challenging terrain. We excel in handling sloping sections, steep banks and sites where neighbouring buildings or structures impose access restrictions. Our micro piling rigs can be craned into place, making them ideal for jobs where tracked equipment cannot be used. Our mini rigs are compact enough to enable access into interior spaces such as existing buildings, including domestic houses and basements. They can operate in limited headroom environments, making them suitable for underpinning, foundation upgrades and refurbishment works.

In earthquake-prone areas micropiles are extensively employed for retrofitting applications, enhancing the resilience of existing structures against seismic activity.

We offer a diverse range of residential retaining wall solutions, including timber pole and rail retaining walls. This cost-effective option not only serves its purpose but can also be aesthetically pleasing when constructed well.
